| Mrs. Welfare was employed at SCC in August 2000 as Information Systems Instructor. Before coming to SCC, she was a business instructor at Robeson Community College for five years and senior accountant and part-time instructor at Cape Fear Community College for seven years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Guilford College in Greensboro and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has earned eighteen graduate level hours in accounting, economics, and computer science from various institutions such as North Carolina State University, East Carolina University, and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Mrs. Welfare is also a certified public accountant. |
